Supermarket Together Weekly Patch Changelog
Thanks for your patience: apart from the feedback in forums and events logs we also receive lots of mails every day. In order to work in an organized way we’ll push the changelog around every Wednesday with few exceptions.
Changelog:
-
Implementation of a new prop: the Basic Crowd Barrier, useful for redirecting the stream of those playful customers. Next public prop will be probably the door anti-theft beeping system.
-
Game will now generate backups of your game per day, you can recover any last 10 days from the Load Store screen. Note that if up to this patch you had a corrupted save, the backups will be corrupted too sadly.
-
Implemented changing difficulty on started games via the Load Store screen.
-
Implemented being able to delete games via the Load Store screen.
-
Customers have now a new internal system to place products in a faster way. It is really noticeable in advanced days.
-
Looking at a shelf will now show some product’s info in the global interface, useful for shelves that previously contained products.
-
Related to previous point, players can now totally reset a shelf’s product by pressing right click on it with the pricing item. A beep will confirm its success. This will make employees finally ignore shelves that players don’t want to be filled anymore.
-
Reduced the pillars colliders just barely enough for 4 shelves to fit between them for perfectionist players.
-
Extended the decoration boundaries to include the walkway in front of the store.
-
Game will now wait for saving before returning to main menu or quitting the application. By analyzing saves some players sent as “bugged”, plenty of them seemed broken because quitting the game while saving OR they were overwritting a previous corrupted game. In any case backups are there to mitigate this issue.
-
Walls between storage rooms have been demolished. Also reduced the width of the wall that separates storage from store so players might want to reposition their shelves.
-
Butter now goes in fridges and is stackable vertically. If you have butter placed in shelves they might display incorrectly until you move them to a fridge.
-
Fixed an issue in which players would move while in camera manager mode.
-
Fixed an issue in which funds notifications would show as -0$.
-
Fixed the products icons in the manager blackboard that showed Refrigerator instead of Freezer.
-
Fixed an issue in which selecting hat ID 0 wouldn’t remove it.
-
Modified some general values based on player’s progression feedback, including earning franchise points which is now faster at start and slower later.
-
Fixed some products like the detergent or the big peas that wouldn’t face forward the shelf. There could be a few more.
-
Added some more music tracks.
Extra news:
- Hosts will notice that now Escape menu has a list with the rest of players, this is the precursor of the menu that will allow players to kick, punish friends and give a global use permission (will try to extend later to more particular permissions but this is more delicate to implement as the entire code has to be modified).
- Players having problems with saves will find tomorrow a new pinned topic with instructions about how to send logs and a sample Store File which can be downloaded for testing.
- If by next monday we haven’t heard replies from the propietary codecs owners to get the necessary license for TVs to work we’ll consider other options to at least hook the browser (we want this feature as much as you do). Also DLC owners know that the arrival of the painting tablet is estimated during the first half of September. Exclusive props will arrive between patches here and there when possible.
PD: thanks to everybody that bought the support DLC, we have our daily jobs and this gives us some more resources to buy stuff to improve the game.
